How to book an appointment
 

Appointments can be made by calling Welcare Centre at 416-962-2964.  The phone lines will not be answered during lunch. For current patients, an appointment can be made online for some non-urgent matters. In order to provide safe and appropriate medical diagnosis and treatment advice, the majority of appointments are in person. In some situations, up to the discretion of the doctor, they may be able to provide a follow up virtually.
